Slide 2 — The Philosophy

Intelligent Design Nutrition™

The premise is simple: nutritional choices should align with the body's biological requirements. The human body is designed to function in a particular way — and FOOD, in its truest sense, is what supports that design.

FOOD vs. FOOD-ish

Modern food environment provides what the body does not recognize as FOOD — engineered imitations designed for shelf life and craving, not for cellular function. NūFORM draws a clear line: FOOD is what the body is designed to use. FOOD-ish is everything that imitates it.

Design, not rules

When nutrition is a collection of rules, it fails the moment the rules are forgotten. When nutrition is an understanding of design, the decisions survive — because they come from knowledge of how the body actually works.

"Align with the design, and the body responds. Fight the design, and the body bears the cost."

From philosophy to framework

The premise becomes practical through the Five Pillars of IDN.
